Divyaability Foundation is a registered non-profit organisation under Section 8 of the Companies Act, 2013. Our mission is to empower persons with disabilities through accessible education, technology, digital learning, and inclusive community support.

By visiting our website, creating an account, purchasing a course, requesting a scribe, making a donation, registering for an event, or using any of our services, you agree to follow these Terms of Use.

2. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms apply to every visitor, registered user, volunteer, donor, student, supporter, and any person who accesses or uses our website or services.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

Your continued use of the website means that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms together with our Privacy Policy and other applicable policies.

3. Eligibility

Our website is available to everyone who wishes to learn about our organisation or use our services.

If you are under 18 years of age, we recommend using our services with the guidance of your parent, guardian, school, or authorised representative whenever required.

Some services may require additional verification or supporting documents before they can be provided.

4. User Accounts

Some features of our website require you to create an account. You are responsible for providing accurate information during registration and keeping your account information up to date.

You may sign in using your email address and password or by using your Google account where available.

Your account is intended only for your personal use. Please do not share your login details with anyone else.

One Account, One User

Each account is intended for a single user only. Sharing login credentials with other people is not permitted.

5. Our Services

Divyaability Foundation provides different services through its website. These services may change, expand, or improve over time.

Our services may include:

  • Free and paid online courses.
  • Scribe support services.
  • Scholarship related initiatives.
  • Donations and fundraising.
  • Webinars, workshops, and community events.
  • Volunteer registration.
  • Digital certificates with QR code verification.
  • Educational resources and accessibility services.

Some services may be available only after successful registration, verification, or payment.

6. Courses and Learning Services

We offer both free and paid courses through our learning platform. Available courses may change from time to time.

Access to paid courses is provided after successful payment confirmation. Some free courses may be available without any payment.

All course content is provided for personal learning only and must not be copied, recorded, shared, redistributed, or sold without written permission from Divyaability Foundation.

7. Scribe Support Services

Divyaability Foundation provides scribe support services for eligible users. To arrange a suitable scribe, we may ask for information such as examination details, disability-related documents, institution details, identification documents, and other information required for verification.

The cost of scribe services is not fixed. Charges may vary depending on the examination, location, availability, experience of the scribe, and other service-related requirements.

Every request is reviewed and verified before any payment is requested. In some cases, a donor or sponsor may fully support the service, allowing eligible users to receive scribe assistance without any charge.

We make every reasonable effort to provide quality support. However, scribe availability depends on multiple factors and may vary from one request to another.

8. Payments and Donations

Payments made on our website are processed securely through Razorpay.

Course fees, service charges, donations, and other applicable payments must be completed successfully before access to paid services can be provided.

Divyaability Foundation is registered for 80G benefits wherever applicable. Donations made to support our mission are voluntary and are generally non-refundable.

Detailed information about refunds, cancellations, and payment-related conditions is available in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Some services may include a Payment Processing Fee to cover payment gateway and transaction processing costs. Where applicable, this fee will be clearly displayed before payment is completed. Please refer to our Refund and Cancellation Policy for more information.
