General & Foundation
Divyaability Foundation is a registered Section 8 non-profit organization dedicated to fostering inclusion and empowerment for people with disabilities across India. We provide a comprehensive ecosystem of accessible education, professional skill-building, and a unique scribe-matching network to ensure no learner is left behind.
We welcome help in many forms! You can register as a volunteer scribe to assist students during exams, join as a technical mentor to teach courses, or contribute through financial donations. Every bit of support helps us scale our impact. Check our About Us page to learn more.
Scribe Support System
Requesting a scribe is simple. Log in to your account and visit the Scribe Support portal. You will need to fill out a request form with your exam date, location, and subject details. We recommend requesting at least 7-10 days before your exam to ensure our team has enough time to match you with a verified volunteer.
For your security, our team performs a verification check on all volunteers. However, since scribes are volunteers, unforeseen circumstances can arise. If a scribe cancels, we will make an urgent attempt to find a replacement. Please note that the Foundation acts as a facilitator; we do not guarantee 100% availability and are not liable for exam outcomes if a scribe is unable to attend.
Payment for scribe facilitation is only required after a scribe has been successfully matched and confirmed for your request. Once confirmed, the payment is non-refundable as it covers the administrative and coordination efforts involved.
Courses & Learning
We offer a mix of both! Most of our foundational courses (Digital Literacy, Screen Reader training, LaTeX for Maths) are completely free for people with disabilities. We also offer advanced, specialized courses at a nominal fee to support the platform's sustainability and pay our dedicated instructors.
Yes! Once you enroll in or purchase a course, you get lifetime access to the materials. You can learn at your own pace and revisit the lessons whenever you need a refresher.
To protect the intellectual property of our instructors and prevent piracy, videos are currently available for streaming only through our secure player. However, accompanying notes, LaTeX files, and PDFs are often available for download.
Account Safety & Bans
No. Account sharing is strictly prohibited. Every account is intended for a single user license. We use advanced IP and device tracking to monitor login activity. If our system detects an account being accessed by multiple people in different locations, the account will be permanently banned without a refund.
We take content protection very seriously. Unauthorized recording, distribution, or reselling of our materials is a legal offense. Such activity will lead to immediate termination of your account and potential legal action to protect our instructors' intellectual property.
For Instructors
We are always looking for passionate educators! You can apply via the "Become an Instructor" link in our footer. Our team will review your credentials and sample content. Once approved, you can start building your course.
We maintain a transparent model. The platform retains a standard 30% fee on course sales to cover high-speed hosting, marketing, and payment gateway costs. Instructors receive the remaining 70%, with payments processed monthly.

For your convenience, we have an Accessibility Toolbar available on every page. Simply click the accessibility icon located in the bottom-right corner of your screen. From there, you can adjust font size, contrast, highlight links, and more to suit your needs.
Payments & Refunds
Since our courses are digital products with instant access, we follow a Strict No-Refund Policy. We recommend reviewing the course curriculum and free previews before making a purchase. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more details.
Don't worry, your money is safe. Payment gateway issues sometimes cause a delay. If the amount is deducted but you don't have access, it usually clears within 5-7 business days by your bank. For urgent help, email us at support@divyaability.org with your transaction screenshot.
