Delivery & Shipping Policy
1. Introduction
Divyaability Foundation is a platform primarily dedicated to digital education, social services, and inclusion. In the context of our platform, "Delivery" refers to the provision of access to digital content and the successful facilitation of services.
Since our core offerings are intangible, this policy clarifies how and when these services reach you. By using our platform, you acknowledge that you are purchasing digital access or service-based facilitation, not physical goods.
2. Digital Course Delivery
All courses (both free and paid) offered on https://divyaability.org are delivered entirely digitally.
- Instant Access: Upon successful completion of your payment through Razorpay, the course will be instantly unlocked and associated with your user account.
- Dashboard Access: You can find your purchased content by logging into your account and navigating to the "My Courses" or "Student Dashboard" section.
- No Physical Media: We do not provide physical copies (like DVDs or USB drives) of course materials. Everything is hosted on our secure servers for online viewing.
3. Course Access Timeline
In 99% of cases, access is granted within seconds of payment confirmation. However, if you do not see your course in your dashboard within 30 minutes:
- Check if the payment was actually deducted from your bank.
- Refresh your browser and log in again.
- If the issue persists, contact our support team with your Transaction ID or Email ID used during purchase.
4. Scribe Service Delivery
Our Scribe service is a facilitation-based delivery. Unlike a course, this "delivery" happens in two stages:
- Confirmation: Delivery is considered "initiated" when we successfully identify and confirm a volunteer scribe for your exam.
- Fulfillment: Delivery is considered "complete" once the contact details of the scribe are shared with you via your dashboard or registered communication channel.
Note: The actual physical presence of the scribe at the exam hall is a coordination effort, but our delivery obligation is met when the coordination is confirmed.
5. Donations & Event Access
Donations: Delivery consists of an automated payment confirmation. Digital receipts (for tax purposes) are delivered to your registered email address once processed by our finance team.
Events: Access details for webinars or physical events are delivered via email or SMS at least 24 hours before the event starts.
6. No Physical Shipping
Divyaability Foundation does not ship any physical products. We do not use couriers, postal services, or any logistics partners. Please do not expect any physical package to be delivered to your home address upon making a purchase or donation on our website.
7. Resolving Delivery Issues
If you face any issues where you have been charged but the "delivery" of digital access has not occurred, please do not worry. Our team can manually verify your transaction and grant access within 24-48 business hours. You will need to provide your Transaction ID from the bank or Razorpay confirmation.
8. Third-Party & Internet Delays
Divyaability Foundation is not responsible for "delivery" delays caused by:
- Temporary downtime of the Razorpay payment gateway.
- Internet Service Provider (ISP) issues on the user's end.
- Email delivery delays caused by the user’s mail server or spam filters.
