1. Scope of Delivery
Divyaability Foundation is committed to serving the disability community across the entire length and breadth of India. We currently provide two types of delivery services:
Digital Delivery
Includes access to online courses, PDF study materials, audio books, and e-certificates. These are delivered instantly or within 24 hours via our Member Portal or Registered Email.
Physical Delivery
Includes Braille kits, tactile maps, mobility sticks, and hard-copy certificates. These are shipped via our trusted national courier partners.
2. Shipping Timelines
We understand the importance of your learning tools. Our dedicated logistics cell works tirelessly to ensure timely dispatch.
- Processing Time: Once your request is verified or your order is confirmed, we take 1-2 business days to conduct a quality check, securely pack, and label your materials.
- Transit Time: For major metros (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, etc.), delivery usually takes 3-5 business days post-dispatch.
- Remote Areas: For rural areas, Northeast India, and Jammu & Kashmir, delivery may take 7-10 business days.
Note: We do not process or ship orders on Sundays and National Holidays.
3. Shipping Partners & Tracking
To ensure the safety of fragile items (like Braille slates), we only use reputed national courier services including India Post (Speed Post), BlueDart, Delhivery, and DTDC.
Once your package is dispatched, a Tracking ID will be sent to your registered email address and mobile number via SMS/WhatsApp. You can track your shipment in real-time through the respective courier partner's website.
4. Shipping Charges
Divyaability Foundation strives to provide free resources to students with disabilities. However, to cover operational costs, a nominal shipping fee may apply:
- Standard Learning Kits: Free or flat ₹50 across India.
- Bulk Educational Resources: Calculated based on total weight and dimensions at the time of checkout.
- Express Shipping: Available upon special request at an additional cost.
5. Damaged, Lost, or Wrong Items
Replacement Guarantee: If your package arrives in a damaged condition, or if you receive a wrong item, we will replace it at zero extra cost to you.
Please follow these steps for a replacement:
- Take a clear photograph or video of the damaged package/item.
- Email the details along with your Tracking ID to logistics@divyaability.org within 48 hours of delivery.
- Our team will verify the claim and dispatch a replacement within 3 business days.
6. Delivery Address & Undelivered Packages
Users are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address including the correct PIN Code and a reachable mobile number.
If a package is returned to our office due to an incorrect address or the unavailability of the recipient, we will attempt to contact you for a re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply for the second attempt.
7. International Shipping
Currently, Divyaability Foundation only ships within India. We do not provide international shipping for physical goods at this time. However, our digital courses and resources are accessible globally.
