Founder & CEO

A passionate changemaker with over three years of cross-functional experience in the disability sector, managing responsibilities across profiles such as recruitment, training, community outreach, advocacy, and stakeholder engagement. A postgraduate from IIIT Bangalore, he brings strong expertise in business operations and strategic execution. At DivyaAbility Foundation, he leads with a bold vision to drive scalable, inclusive impact—transforming awareness into action through on-ground initiatives, partnerships, and systems-level change.

Chandramani Semwal

Head of Talent & Career Development

Chandramani is a passionate HR professional with rich experience in recruitment, training, advocacy, and accessibility in the disability sector. A postgraduate from the Sydenham Institute of Management, he has led initiatives that achieved full accessibility compliance across multiple platforms and boosted student engagement by 30% through impactful training programs. At DivyaAbility Foundation, he drives inclusive talent strategies, innovative learning programs, and scalable career development for persons with disabilities.
